Custom orders & proofs
Each Finer Details piece is made to order. A digital proof is provided for written approval before production begins. Please review spelling, dates, quantities, artwork, and all personalization carefully. Production begins only after final approval.
Returns, cancellations & errors
Because our pieces are personalized and custom made, orders are final once an approved design enters production. If your order arrives damaged or contains an error made by Finer Details, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.
Production & shipping
Standard production is approximately 7–14 business days after final proof approval. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping cost is calculated separately based on the delivery destination and package requirements, then invoiced before shipment. Estimated shipping is approximately 5–7 business days. Timelines are estimates and may vary with the production queue, carrier delays, custom artwork, or unusually large orders.
Direct orders & bespoke projects
Signature collection product totals are paid in full at checkout. U.S. shipping is calculated separately based on destination and invoiced before shipment. Fully bespoke projects begin with an inquiry and personalized quote; a 50% deposit reserves the order, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Privacy
Information submitted through our website, inquiry form, and payment checkout is used to communicate with you, prepare your order, fulfill payment and shipping, and provide customer support. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored directly on this website.
